Insurance
We are NOT in-network with any insurance company. Upon request we will happily give every patient a SuperBill after their treatment. Patient’s can use this form to submit to their insurance company for a possible reimbursement. We believe that your treatment plan and your quality of care should be determined by our healthcare professionals, not an insurance company. You will find the level of detail and the amount of one-on-one treatment time with our practitioners unique to our office. Patients come to us to help get to the root cause of their ailments and keep coming back for the lasting change that we create in their lives.
Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards (ex: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc…), Health Savings Account (HSA) credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. All services are billed at the conclusion of each treatment.
